4. Admission Policy
Admission to our courses is subject to:
- Meeting the eligibility criteria for the chosen course
- Availability of seats in the preferred batch
- Completion of admission formalities and documentation
- Payment of admission fee / first installment
5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Before course commencement: Full refund minus administrative charges (if applicable) if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
- Within first week: 75% refund of the course fee if withdrawal is requested within the first week of course commencement.
- After first week: No refund will be provided after the first week of course commencement.
- Registration fee: Registration/admission fee is non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days through the original payment method.
6. Cancellation Policy
By Student: Students may cancel their enrollment by submitting a written request to the institute. Refunds will be processed as per the refund policy mentioned above.
By Institute: The institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered:
- Transfer to an alternative batch
- Full refund of the course fee
7. Course Transfer Policy
Students may request to transfer to a different batch or course subject to:
- Availability of seats in the desired batch/course
- Approval from the institute management
- Payment of any fee difference (if applicable)
8. Certificate Issuance
Certificates will be issued upon:
- Successful completion of the course curriculum
- Meeting minimum attendance requirements (75%)
- Clearing any practical assessments (if applicable)
- Full payment of course fees
9. Placement Assistance
We provide placement assistance to eligible students. However, placement is not guaranteed and depends on:
- Student's performance during the course
- Market conditions and job availability
- Student's interview performance
